Wellll ... since I'm still on the claims list, perhaps it will be okay to post this story I started six years ago, left hanging, and actually finished tonight? It was inspired by a prompt on a table I claimed and was always going to be posted here when complete. :)

Mukuro-sama has been out for more than two days now and Chrome is depressed. 6996.Warnings:
Probably very OOC. My first time writing them both, so still getting the hang of their characters, well, more like Chrome’s since this one is Chrome-centric.Notes:

. I’ve always wanted to write about the two mist guardians of the Vongola as their ‘relationship’ in KHR has always intrigued me, but had no idea whatsoever so I thought that by writing based on a prompt I would get inspiration but seems like it didn’t work. I’m actually still not satisfied with this one but I decided to just put it out there and hopefully get feedback. So please comment. Constructive criticisms are very much welcomed.:)Chrome (KHR Chapter 383): I like....

PTSD. Flashbacks. Dark, although there's a happy ending.Summary:
A case goes wrong, leaving Cody in the grip of a flashback and Nick missing. Can Murray pull them through? In the beginning, the flashbacks had come by day. Cody remembered them more vividly than war itself, sunlit streets turned dark, awash with blood, public parks turned tropic-lush, snipers hidden in their ornamental trees.
I'm currently researching the complex ways in which writers and readers talk about rape and issues of consent in non-commercial (not for money) fiction online. This includes fan fiction (all the way from drabbles to epics) as well as 'original' fiction published on sites like AO3, fictionpress or LJ.
I'm a postgrad researcher at the University of Queensland in Australia, where this project has been approved by a high level ethics committee. I am also a long time member of fandom and ficdom. I don't want to write only about my perspective, though--I'm hoping to draw on the perspectives of a whole lot of fic readers. If you're willing to help out by completing a questionnaire on your fic-reading experiences, please follow the link:
This link wil be open for six weeks, so don't worry if you don't have time right now! It's a pretty versatile questionnaire--you can skip anything, tell me loads, or just pick multiple choice. That means you can take as much or as little time as you like. Answering every question in a short answer/multiple choice way will take roughly 15mins--but it's up to you if you'd like to spend less or more time!
Please consider adding your voice; your contribution is very much appreciated. Thank you!
